  • Once a project has started, refunds are generally not applicable.
  • Refunds may be considered only if the service has not yet been started.

2. Advance Payments & Deposits

  • Any advance payment or deposit is used to allocate resources, planning, and initial work.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request cancellation before work begins.
  • If cancellation is approved before project initiation, a partial or full refund may be issued after administrative deductions.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

4. Third-Party Costs

  • Smart Passion is not responsible for refunds related to third-party services, including but not limited to:
    • Domain registration
    • Hosting services
    • Paid tools, plugins, themes
    • Advertising spend (Meta Ads, Google Ads)

These costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Reason for the refund request
